Our Pricing
Providing indicative ‘pricing’ for Digital Transformational projects or BPM initiatives is next to impossible without spending a significant amount of time with our customer getting to understand the exact nature of the challenge.
That said, we have maintained a fair amount of transparency during our ‘pricing’ conversation. With this in mind, we would like to share with you our thinking regarding pricing and how we would like to make it easier for you to work with us.
As our website indicates, we are partner with a number of key Process Mining and Hyperautomation (RPA) vendors. This means that you can be assured at all times of fair and competitive pricing when it comes to software, hardware and licences.
Personnel Rates
With regards to our own ‘personnel’ rates, such as our Consultants, Developers, Project Managers, Testers, etc., we are fortunate that we can access the right people through our global organisation that ensure price competitiveness.
We typically charge ‘day rates’ for such resources, although this will vary depending upon the scale and duration of the project. The longer the project, and the more resources required, these daily rates can become weekly/monthly rates or even full-time rates. Our resources can also work remotely or on-premise.
Rates vary by resource utilised, but even our most experienced Consultants have day rates that are significantly below ‘market rates’. This is not a reflection of the quality of our personnel, as our client list and partner network will attest, our people are of the highest standard. It is more a reflection of our desire to do business and the depth of resources we can tap into.
